Nihal has been transforming bodies since 2018 — and he does it with the whole picture in view. He's a certified personal trainer and a Human Performance Nutritionist (passed with distinction), backed by an advanced diploma in clinical nutrition & dietetics. So your training and your food aren't two separate plans from two different people — they're one system, built and adjusted by one coach who understands both.
He also brings kettlebell training and dry-needling therapy into the mix, so strength, conditioning and recovery all get their due. Coaching is fully online and always 1-on-1 — whatever your time zone, kitchen or equipment, the plan bends to fit your life, not the other way around.
